1. Terms and Conditions, Return/Cancellation and Refund Policy & Privacy Policy must be mentioned in the Website Footer.

2. In the Return and Refund Policy a standard timeline needs to be mentioned. (7 to 10 working days).

3. About Us should be present in the Website Footer, along with company and management details.

4. Registered Address which is provided on the trade license needs to be mentioned on the website footer or contact us page.

6. Trade license Number needs to be mentioned on the website footer or in the about us section.

7. No demo version or Under Maintenance site will be acceptable in the case of Payment Gateway. There should be a live product or service available on the website.

8. An updated payment banner should be attached to the website footer. I am attaching some banners to this email. You can update any one of them which is suitable for your website.
